The Symbio Group is excited and honored to invite you to a special, invitation-only event in Beijing on Feb. 28 to announce the new Symbio-Result Partnership, to be followed by a symposium on the China and European markets.

The event will be held at Nanluoguxiang at the Guxiang 20 Hotel. The program will start at 9AM and will end at 5PM.

Ola Ahlvarsson
CEO, and co-founder of Result International.

Ola has a background as a successful entrepreneur working mainly with the Internet and online opportunities in start-ups, as an advisor to fortune 500 companies, as a guest professor at the SSE Riga Business School and as a growth partner for expanding companies . He co-founded several companies within new media and pioneered European Internet as a co-founder of Boxman 1997, the then largest European e-commerce store.

Ola is now the CEO of Result (www.result.com) an international network of business coaches founded in June 1999. Result offers international new media experts in 16 countries helping entrepreneurial ventures move success from country to country. To date, Result has been involved in approximately 100 launches across Europe and the US including helping companies like FON, Xing, Rebtel and Google.

Ola was named in the "Top ten leading European internet entrepreneurs 1999" by the Wall Street Journal, in a similar list in January 2000 by Business Week (front cover) and in May 2000 by the Financial Times. Ola was invited to the World Economic Forum in Davos where he was elected "Global Leader of Tomorrow". Ola is a frequent speaker at international conferences and school including speeches at Harvard business school, World knowledge forum in Seoul, the DLD Conference in Munich, Google Zeitgeist, Le Web. Kaiser Kuo
Digital Strategy Director
Ogilvy Group, China

Kaiser joined Ogilvy as Group Director, Digital Strategy, in January 2007. In a horizontal role spanning all of Ogilvy's disciplines, he leads the ongoing effort to maintain Ogilvy China's lead in digital, identifying cutting-edge tech companies and keeping the Ogilvy team abreast of trends in the fast-changing world of digital media.

Prior to joining Ogilvy, Kaiser served as China Bureau Chief of Red Herring magazine, a leading Silicon Valley-based technology business magazine, where he covered the business of technology in China and elsewhere in East Asia.

Previously, Kaiser was a Creative Director for two wireless companies, Mobile Internet Games and Nasdaq-listed Linktone, where he created successful mobile game concepts; and as Editor-in-Chief for the multi-city online guide ChinaNow.com.

Kaiser serves on the board of advisors of design and product innovation firm Touch360, and belongs to the Global Business Network's group of "Remarkable People."

Kaiser is a regular on the conference circuit, frequently asked to speak and moderate panels on China-related topics ranging from the Internet, telecommunications, and technology innovation to the music industry and cultural scene.

Kaiser holds a BA in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley and an MA in East Asian Studies from the University of Arizona.

Born in upstate New York and raised in Arizona, Kaiser is nonetheless a self-described "lifer" in China, having spent over a dozen years in China; he now lives in Beijing with his wife and two young children. Co-founder of China's first and most successful Heavy Metal band, Tang Dynasty, Kaiser remains active in the music scene, performing and recording with his band Chunqiu. When he's not playing music or enjoying family life, he chronicles his life in Beijing in the popular back page column of English-language magazine that's Beijing¡ªa column which, like his personal blog, is called "Ich Bin Ein Beijinger."

Robert Lang
Business Development

Robert Lang is leading the European Business Development for FON in Europe. Robert was founder and CEO of Germany's largest WiFi operator: WLAN AG, sold to Swisscom Group in 2003 and renamed to Swisscom Eurospot, the current leader in the European hotel Internet access market. Before that, Robert was VP Business Development and Finance for iobox Germany, a subsidiary of a Finnish Mobile Entertainment startup. It was sold in 2000 for 230M Euros to the Telefonica-Group and became one of the largest mobile entertainment portals in Germany with 1.8M users. Robert holds a Degree in Business Administration from Koblenz School of Corporate Management (WHU). He also studied in Paris (HEC) and Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics). He began his career as a consultant and worked for LEK Consulting in London, Paris, Munich and Australia.
